9:00 Summer Camp - Castles and Chemistry

Camps for kids entering 1st & 2nd grade:
Fees: $75 public / $65 members

Session 1A: Castles and Chemistry
June 12-15
Design and build a miniature fortress; use your ingenuity and skill to assemble siege engines to storm the castle; and use chemistry to concoct treasures in this camp that lets you wander through the Middle Ages.

Camp sessions all run Monday through Thursday from 9 am to Noon. A full day option is available for several camps by pairing a Discovery Center morning camp with an afternoon camp with the Rockford Art Museum.
No discount for partial attendance.
Cancellation policy: Registration closes 5:00 pm on Monday the week before class. To register online, go to DiscoveryCenterMuseum.org or call (815) 963-6769. You can also register in person at the Discovery Center Museum office during normal business hours.
Refunds are available through the close of registration, minus 10%.
Discovery Center reserves the right to cancel events; in which case, a full refund will be issued.
