Discovery Center Museum is an ideal destination for class trips and interactive education. Whether you’re a teacher organizing an exciting excursion for your students or a group leader looking for an engaging venue for your kids, Discovery Center is your place for playful learning. We have tons of cool programs for students, families, and educators!
group visit pricing
Groups of 10 or more from schools or 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations can enjoy a 2-hour museum visit at a special group rate:
$8.00 per child/chaperone (paid staff are free)
Add an extra hour to your visit for just $2.00 per child.
Additional fees may apply for special activities or exhibits.
Advance registration is required.
- Discovery Center memberships and reciprocal benefits do not apply to group visits.
- Payment is due on the day of your visit and can be made by cash, check (payable to Discovery Center Museum), or credit card.
- If your organization uses a purchase order, arrangements must be made at least 14 days in advance.

We offer lots of cool options for your group like STEM Labs and Planetarium shows for PreK through 8th grade.
lunch space
Lunch space reservations are required for groups planning to eat at the museum. The space can accommodate up to 60 people and the rental fee is $10. Remember to bring your lunch!
shopping
After your visit, check out our Gift Shop and pick out a special memento from your visit! To avoid overcrowding, we will allow a maximum of five children accompanied by one adult at a time in the gift shop.
