Memberships are not refundable and not transferrable.
To purchase a membership, click on the "Purchase One Year" buttons. If you have questions call 815-963-6769 or stop by our office between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Memberships purchased on the weekend will be mailed or available for pick up the next business day. Business office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm. Please call during those times with any questions.
Household = Two named adults and all dependent children age 17 or younger living at the same address.
Adults and their parents cannot be on the same membership.
A single caregiver can be added to a family membership for $40. Caregivers cannot be added to grandparent memberships. Caregivers are permitted to come with the children in place of the parents, but not with the parents.
18 and over are considered adults and may not visit as a child on a membership.
